Manner Consultant and Beautiful Life Mentor,
Hiroko Nishide first learned this term when she went to live in the UK in 1998.
The term is considered as the highest compliment for a woman.
The late Princess Diana for example was often praised as an “English Rose”.
The term means “a person who is truly beautiful inside and outside”.
Upon her return to Japan, with a mission to nurture people regardless of gender who are beautiful inside and outside, Hiroko established a Manner Salon named “ENGLISH ROSE HOUSE” in Minami-Aoyama, Tokyo.
The “erh” in the domain name has been taken from the acronym of “ENGLISH ROSE HOUSE”.
The mission of HIROK♥MANNER PREMIUM MANNER SALON is to shape and nurture a “person” regardless of the gender to become beautiful inside and outside.
The name HIROKO ROSE derives from the ENGLISH ROSE, and also the notion that people with the spirit of “博愛(hakuai =philanthropic)” are beautiful. The word has the same character used in Hiroko Nishide’s name “博子(Hiroko)”.
Moreover we have named the Manner of "Magokoro" (sincere and cordial sentiments) passed on by our Manner Group as “HIROK♥MANNER”.
Live beautifully A beautiful way to live
The manner taught by Hiroko Nishide is not only just a form of gesture,
but conveys a way of life whereby a person’s outlook of compassion
for another person, animals, plants and nature is nurtured for their mutual happiness and beauty.
Therefore, we have given her the title of “Beautiful Life Mentor”.
This motto of New College one of the colleges of the University of Oxford, is printed on various goods of the college. The spelling for Manners Makyth Man is an old English character form. The modern spelling of the same phrase is as follows.
マナーは 人を 創る
The year is 1998. Manner Consultant and Wellness and Beauty Mentor, Hiroko Nishide was introduced to the phrase in Oxford in the United Kingdom, where she was studying languages.
For Hiroko who was already mentoring that “Manners are not only about gestures”, this phrase was a gift from heaven.
The manner conveyed by Hiroko Nishide is not a self-centered human development and human resources development to “show the best side of oneself”. It is a “Manner for self-improvement”, that prioritizes the happiness of the other party, and cultivating the potential of every person so they will contribute to society, and enhance the human ability.
Firstly, let the other party experience a positive effect. As a result, then you yourself will experience a positive effect. Both will then be happy.
This is the Manner of "Magokoro" (sincere and cordial sentiments) conveyed by Manner Consultant and Beautiful Life Mentor, Hiroko Nishide.
